Wipe the area with rubbing alcohol. Remove the decals backing, exposing the adhesive side of the sticker. Press the exposed adhesive firmly onto the surface you are applying the decal to. The decal should make first contact on the center of the decal and gently press outwards using a credit card using a rolling motion. Firmly swipe from side to side to remove air bubbles between the decal and the surface you are applying it to. Slowly peel away the transfer tape backing (if applicable). The sticker is now set and ready for display.
Yes! Custom orders are a large part of our business. We can work with you on the design and manufacturing stages of your project. We have the ability to model your idea in CAD software or use your drawings. We have a fully stocked shop and design studio that can work in a variety of mediums including wood, metal and plastic. We can also screenprint and of course, cut vinyl.
In short, damn near anything.
We have a large shop that features a complete set of wood and metalworking equipment, including a huge CNC router table with 24″ of Z axis travel, a Bridgeport, punch press and lathes. We also have 3d printer and CAD software. So, we can work with you on the design process and help with protoyping.
We of course have a design studio with an inudstrial vinyl cutter that can cut any decal you would need, even large storefront signs. Our design studio also includes a full screenprinting shop than can print on a variety of mediums in bulk.
It depends. Many of our products are made to order and some take longer than others. Most of our listings will give you an idea of how long you’ll have to wait for a product. It is usually 2-5 days, and almost never longer than 2 weeks. Shipping times can vary due to circumstances out of our control or knowledge, so the checkout page might provide a better idea of a shipping time. Anything coming from our shop can usually make it anywhere in the U.S. in 5 Business days or less. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
